摘要
为降低生产成本,云南华电昆明发电有限公司采取了掺烧非设计煤种的措施,脱硫系统偏离设计工况运行,脱硫效率降低,SO2排放达不到新标准要求。分析了锅炉掺烧非设计煤种后对脱硫效率的影响,提出了锅炉掺烧非设计煤种期间烟气脱硫系统的运行调控措施。调控后,在机组满负荷工况下,烟气换热器漏风率<1%,脱硫效率达到95%左右,脱硫系统按新标准达标排放,为企业创造了良好的经济效益。
To lower operation cost,Yunnan Huadian Kunming Power Company Limited blended non-designed coal into combustion,and allowed flue gas desulfurization(FGD) systemoperation deviated from design condition.In this case,SO_2 emission cannot meet new national emission requirements.After analyzing effects of design coal type to desulfurization efficiency,the author made a serious of adjustments to FGD system based oncombusting non-designed coal type.After adjustment,flue gas heat exchanger air leakage is lower than 1%,desulfurization efficiency is higher than 95%,and FGD system emission meets the new requirements under full load working condition.This also created good economy benefits to the company.
