摘要
采用水热合成技术,以偏钒酸铵和硝酸铋为原料,在前驱液p H=7、水热温度160℃,水热时间18 h条件下成功制备了Bi VO4粉体。采用X射线衍射技术和场发射扫描电镜表征粉体相组成和微观形貌,利用光化学反应仪研究粉体降解罗丹明B的光催化性能。研究结果表明:水热合成的Bi VO4粉体为单斜相,结晶良好且纯度较高;粉体微观形貌呈直径大小1~2μm细微树枝状,紫外光照射30 min Rh B降解率达到90%,照射120 min降解率达到99%以上。
BiVO4 powder was successfully prepared by hydrothermal synthesis method using Bi ( NO3 ) 3 5H2o and NH4VO3 as raw materials under specific factors (pH =7, 160 ℃ , 18 h). Phase composition and microscopic morphology were characterized by XRD and FE-SEM respectively. Photocatalytic property of the powders was evaluated by decolorization of rhodamine B under UV irradiation. The results show that pure monoclinic BiVO4 powder is well crystallined with 1-2 μm diameter dendritic morphology. The degradation rate of RhB after 30 min UV irradiation was 90% and more than 99% after 120 rain UV irradiation.
