摘要 泡沫染整是一种低给液的染整加工技术,可显著降低带液率,具有高节能、低排废等优势,是生态环保型染整技术之一。概述了泡沫染整加工工艺,介绍了泡沫的形成和衰变机理、泡沫的性能和评价指标、泡沫染整的加工工艺及应用前景。 Foam dyeing and finishing was a low pick-up dyeing and finishing technology, which significantly reduced pick-up ratio. It was one of the ecological and environmental dyeing and finishing technology with the advantages of high energy saving and low waste discharge. The paper summarized the foam dyeing and finishing process, and described the mechanisms of foam formation and decay. Foam properties, evaluation indexes, foam dyeing and finishing process and application prospect were also introduced.
