With the increasingly violent market competition,only through building the unique,unimitative and untransactive core competitive power can a hotel obtain the permanent competitive advantages.This paper,from the aspects of insuring sustainable provision of high quality human resources,emphasizing brand management,constantly implementing product innovation as well as strengthening the construction of enterprise culture ard value view,puts forward some suyyestions on hotel's core competitive power.
