摘要
目的:对比近5年国内外文献有关针刺治疗膝骨性关节炎的选点规律。方法:通过检索近5年国内外有关针刺治疗膝骨性关节炎的相关临床文献,整理出国内外在临床治疗中的常用选点,并将选点进行分类,继而对比国内外针刺治疗膝骨性关节炎的选点规律。结果:从三方面对比国内外的相关选点,均存在异同点:1传统经穴选点;2循经筋选点;3经外奇穴及阿是穴选点。结论:国内外在针刺治疗膝骨性关节炎的选点中存在异同点,并具有各自的选点特色。
Objective：To compare the different acupoints selected in the treatment of knee ostearthritis（KOA）by acupuncture between Chinese literature and English literature. Methods：Literatures published in recent 5 years on KOA treated by acupuncture had been selected. Then classified the acpoints and compared it to find out the difference. Results：Both similarity and difference can be founded from three aspects：1 traditional acupoints;2 tendon points;3 extraordinary points and A-shi points. Conclusion：the acupoints selected both in Chinese literature and English literature has its own characteristics.
