摘要
目的:探讨疏肝降逆汤治疗胃食管反流病护理干预效果分析。方法:将2014年1月—2015年1月在我院消化内科治疗的70例胃食管反流病患者随机分为两组,对照组采用采用疏肝降逆汤治疗,观察组在此基础上辅助护理干预,比较两组患者的治疗效果、生活质量。结果:观察组治疗有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生理功能、心理功能、社会功能等各项评分均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:疏肝降逆汤治疗胃食管反流病配合护理干预效果显著,能够促进疗效的发挥,改善生活质量。
Objective ： To investigate the analysis of the Shugan Jiangni Decoction for the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease nursing intervention effect. Methods ： Treatment of 70 eases of gastroesophageal reflux disease were randomly divided into two groups in 2014 January -2015 year in January at the department of internal medicine in our hospital, the control group in the treatment of the Shugan Jiangni Decoction, the observation group based on the auxiliary nursing intervention, compared with the patients in two groups of the therapeutic effect and the quality of life. Results ： The effective rate of the treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ）; the observation group psychological function, psychological function, social functionscores were significantly better than the control group, the difference war statistically Significant （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion ： The ShuganJiangni Decoction in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease was significantly effective with nursing intervention, can play a promoting effect, improve the quality of life.
