摘要
菌糠是一类来源广泛的非常规饲料资源,文章对菌糠的营养特性、调制方法及其在动物日粮中的应用进行综述。
The fungus chaff is a kind of unconventional sources of feed resources. The nutrition characteristics, processing approach and the application in animal diet of fungus chaff were reviewed in this paper.
