摘要
法治实践部门作为法治人才培养的"检验者"与"受益者",却在法治人才培养中长期处于责任模糊状态,引发了诸多法治人才培养问题。法学教育的实践性、职业性、趋同性使法治实践部门成为法治人才培养责任主体具备深厚的理论基础。凸显法治实践部门的责任主体地位,使其"反哺"法治人才培养,具有重要的实践意义。通过构建法治实践部门与法学教育部门协同培养法治人才的机制,发挥法治实践部门的作用与功能,不断培养高素质的法治人才,夯实法治工作队伍建设的基础。
Legal practise division as the Examiner and Beneficiaries in legal talent cultivation ,has been kept a fuzzy responsibility state in it for a long time, and raised a lot of problems in legal talent cultivation. The practical, occupational, convergence of legal education makes the legal practise division become the main responsibility in legal talent cultivation have profound theoretical basis. Highlight the liable position of legal practise division in legal talent cultivation, making it feedback the legal talent cultivation, has important practical significance. By constructing the collaborative mechanism of legal practise division and legal education sector in legal talent cultivation, develop the function and effect of legal practise division, continuous to cultivating high quality legal talents, to consolidate the foundation of law construction team.
