摘要 目的 :设计一种辅助患者清除肺部难以排出的痰液的设备。方法:在单片机的控制下,主机部分的加压风机运行产生可调节的压缩空气,通过导气连接管对患者的排痰背心进行充气,使排痰背心变得充盈且紧贴于患者的体表胸腔,随后由主机部分的拍打电动机对密闭的压缩空气进行拍打,使气体震荡,与之相连的充盈排痰背心也产生高频振动。结果:该系统可有效排除患者体内坠积痰液,且操作简单,节省人力。结论:相比于传统排痰方式,该系统更省时、省力,操作简单,效果明显,值得推广。 Objective To design an auxiliary system for eliminating sputum from the lung. Methods MCU controlled the pressure blower of the host part to generate compressed air with adjustable pressure, and the compressed air inflated the sputum-elimination vest through the gas tube and made it cling to the chest wall, and then the flap motor rocked the compressed air to cause the high-frequency vibration of the inflated vest. Results The system could eliminate the sputum accumulated in the patient's body easily. Conclusion The system has high efficiency, easy operation and low manpower consumption, and thus is worthy popularizing for sputum elimination.
