摘要
目的:探讨纤维支气管镜在消毒供应中心(central sterile supply department,CSSD)实行集中清洗消毒管理的特点及管理流程合理性。方法:选取某院有使用纤维支气管镜的6个科室,3种不同规格型号的纤维支气管镜共计7条,收集临床科室意见,制订工作流程并进行分析。结果:通过CSSD对纤维支气管镜清洗、消毒的集中管理,使其合格率达到99.08%。结论:纤维支气管镜在CSSD进行集中清洗消毒管理,可以保证患者安全,减少设备采购,提高纤维支气管镜使用率。
Objective To explore the management and flow of concentrated sterilization of the fiberoptic bronchoscope in central sterile supply department（CSSD）. Methods Six departments related and three types of fiberoptic bronchoscopes（seven pieces） were selected as the subjects, and the advices of clinical departments were collected to determine and analyze the working flow. Results Concentrated cleaning and sterilization of the fiberoptic bronchoscope in CSSD resulted in the qualification rate of 99.08%. Conclusion Concentrated cleaning and sterilization in CSSD enhances the patient safety and the utilization rate of the fiberoptic bronchoscope.
