摘要
基于电极锅炉的工作原理,针对大功率、高蒸汽压力的使用需求,提出了基于电极锅炉热力系统的相应的管道系统、凝给水系统、补水系统、冷却水系统以及控制系统的初步方案,并利用模块化设计的思想,进行了热力系统集成化设计。该方案具有集成化水平高、使用便利等特点,对电极锅炉的推广应用具有重要借鉴意义。
Aiming to be used in larger power and higher pressure condition, the piping system, condensate and feed water system, cooling system, supplying water system and control system of thermal system are proposed based on the theory of electrode steam boiler. Using modular design, an integrated thermal system is established. This scheme is highly integrated and convenient, which would be helpful for the promotion of electrode steam boiler.
