摘要
在需连接的材料之间,应根据其大小、形状、种类和结构等来确定适当的复合方式,否则很难达到需要的效果.而对小微薄膜而言,其连接方式有特殊之处.本文综述了这类薄膜材料可能用到的连接方式,如物理气相沉积法、精密轧制压延技术、钎焊技术、摩擦焊技术和扩散焊接技术等,分析了这些连接方式的适用性和优缺点,指出了扩散焊接技术在小微薄膜连接方面更为适合,展望了该方式的发展前景.
The proper connection ways for some materials,which need to be bonded each other,should be selected according to their size,shape,type and structure,and it is special to the small fine thin films. So in this paper,the ways,such as the physical vapor deposition technology,the precise rolling technology,the brass solder technology,the friction welding technology and the diffusion welding technology,etc. were summarized,especially their applicability,merits and demerits,pointing out that the diffusion welding technology is more adaptable to the small fine thin films,whose development prospect was also expected.
