高原地区老年男性骨质疏松患者血清HIF-1α、HIF-2α、VEGF及骨代谢指标的相关性研究 被引量:13

摘要 目的探讨老年男性骨质疏松患者血清低氧诱导因子、血管内皮生长因子、骨钙素及骨转换生化指标水平的变化及相关性。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法ELISA检测60例老年骨质疏松组和58例正常老年男性对照组的血清低氧诱导因子、血管内皮生长因子、骨钙素及抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶-5b(TRACP-5),双能X线骨密度测定仪测定三个区域的骨密度。结果 OP组与健康对照组比较,骨质疏松组患者的血清BGP水平和三个部位的骨密度值BMD明显下降,同时血清HIF-1α、VEGF和TRACP-5水平明显升高(P<0.05);相关性结果显示,OP组患者血清HIF-1α与VEGF、BGP成明显的正相关(P<0.05),而与BMD和TRACP-5b成负相关(P<0.05);血清VEGF浓度与BMD之间存在着负相关性(P<0.05)。结论在高原地区对于骨质疏松患者,应注意补偿氧气减少缺氧性的损伤,纠正缺氧状况,并结合补充钙质增加锻炼等常规治疗措施,能够有效的预防骨质疏松的发生及发展。 Objective To study the association among HIF-1α, HIF-2α, VEGF, and bone metabolism in senior male with primary osteoporosis in Qinghai-Tibetan high plateau. Methods Sixty osteoporosis patients and 58 normal people were enrolled. Serum HIF-1α, HIF-2α, VEGF, BGP, and TRACP-5b were measured using ELISA method. BMD of the 3 regions was assessed with Durex GE image system. Results BGP and BMD of the 3 regions decreased significantly in OP group comparing to those in control group. TRCAP-Sb as well as serum HIF-1α and VEGF increased. The correlation study indicated that HIF-1α were positively correlated with VEGF and BGP, but negatively related with BMD and TRACP-5b in OP group (P 〈 0.05 ). VEGF was positively correlated with BMD (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Patients with osteoporosis in high plateau region should pay attention to have oxygen supplement, in order to reduce damage due to hypoxia. They also need to have calcium supplement and more exercise, in order to prevent from osteoporosis.
