摘要 什林煤业10#煤为易自燃煤层,10-102综采工作面在接近末采区段内地质构造复杂,造成采空区内丢煤多,且受构造影响工作面末采回撤施工周期长。为保证工作面施工作业的安全,通过对煤层自然发火规律的分析研究,采取了均压调风、注浆、喷洒阻化剂及注氮等综合防灭火措施,防灭火工作取得了良好效果,满足了工作面安全生产和回撤的需要。 10# coal seam in shilin coal mine is belong to the coal spontaneous combustion, the geological structure is complicated near the stopping mining line of the 10-102 working face coal seam,which caused the much residual coal in the gob, In order to ensure the safety of the working face, through the analysis and research of the coal seam spontaneous combustion rule, the comprehensive fire prevention measures are adopted, such as the pressure regulating air, grouting, spraying resistance agent and injection.
