摘要
在学术论文诞生的过程中,除了论文作者,学术期刊编辑的作用也不可忽视。作为一名从事期刊出版工作10个年头的编辑,通过总结过往工作中的经验,并汲取因工作失误导致的教训,从几个方面阐述了编辑应该如何不断提高自身的综合素质,将自己塑造成优秀的期刊编辑。
In the process of the birth of academic papers, in addition to the author of the paper, the role of academic journal editors should not be ignored.
