摘要
本文将制浆黑液添加至水煤浆中,研究了黑液水煤浆的成浆性能,并研究了添加剂对黑液水煤浆稳定性的影响。实验研究结果表明,制浆黑液添加质量比例在4%时,黑液水煤浆的黏度较小,且具有较高的热值;辅助添加剂添加量应在0.8%左右,此时的黑液水煤浆Zeta电位为-48mv,浆体稳定性较好。
In this paper,the pulp black liquor is added to the coal suspension slurry,the slurry performance of the black liquor-coal slurry and the influence of additives on the stability were studied. The results show that the viscosity of black liquor- coal suspension is lower and the calorific value is higher when pulp black liquor was added in the ratio of 4%; the auxiliary additive amount should be around 0. 8%,the Zeta potential of the black liquor- coal slurry at this point is- 48 mv,and the stability of the slurry is better.
