摘要
目的分析垂体后叶素及纠正低钠血症致脑桥外髓鞘溶解症(EPM)的临床特点,探索预防措施。方法回顾性分析1例应用垂体后叶素及纠正低钠血症致以帕金森综合征为表现的脑桥外髓鞘溶解症患者的临床资料。结果应用垂体后叶素出现低钠血症后过快纠正可发生渗透性髓鞘溶解症(ODs),更容易发生脑桥外髓鞘溶解症,但可通过避免输注高张液体、更为严格的控制纠正低钠血症的速度等方法来预防。结论通过控制纠正低钠血症的速度及方法来,可预防应用垂体后叶素及纠正低钠血症所致脑桥外髓鞘溶解症的发生。
Objective To analyze the clinical features of extrapontine myelinolysis (EPM) caused by pituitrin and rapid correction of hyponatremia, and explore the preventive measures. Method A EPM patient caused by pituitrin and rapid correction of hyponatremia with parkinsonism as the major clinical manifestation was analyzed restrospectively. Results The rapid correction of hyponatremia after the application of pituitrin can cause osmotic demyelination syndrome(ODS) and EPM, which can be prevented by avoiding using hypertonic liquid and stricter control on the speed of the correction of hyponatremia. Conclusion EPM caused by pituitrin and correction of hyponatremia can be prevented by controlling the speed of the correction of hyponatremia.
