摘要
利用废钢和回炉料为原料,变废为宝,以减少合金用量,降低成本。采用增碳方法调节碳含量,利用铁模覆砂铸造技术生产QT600-3合成球铁凸轮轴。介绍此试验方案及方法,分析合成球铁凸轮轴本体性能。
This paper introduces a method to produce QT600- 3 synthetic ductile iron camshaft from steel scrap and scrap returns to turn waste into treasure,reduce the amount of alloy and reduce the cost. We can regulate the amount of carbon by carburizing method to make QT600- 3 synthetic ductile iron camshaf by using iron coated sand mold casting technology. This thesis also presented the testing program and method and analyzed the mechanical properties of it.
