摘要
目的:研究油茶粕中药复合剂的抗菌作用。方法:抗真菌作用:采用琼脂斜面稀释法检测油茶粕中药复合剂和油茶粕对皮肤真菌感染常见病原菌(絮状表皮癣菌、红色毛癣菌、石膏样毛癣菌和白假丝酵母菌)的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)和最小杀菌浓度(MBC)。抗细菌作用:采用牛津杯法检测油茶粕中药复合剂和油茶粕对皮肤真菌感染后的继发细菌感染常见病原菌(金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、绿脓假单胞菌、变形杆菌和大肠埃希菌)的抑菌圈,同时采用试管稀释法检测其对以上各供试菌的MIC和MBC。结果:油茶粕中药复合剂对絮状表皮癣菌、红色毛癣菌和白假丝酵母菌的MIC(62.50 mg/m L)低于油茶粕的MIC(≥250 mg/m L),油茶粕中药复合剂对絮状表皮癣菌、红色毛癣菌和白假丝酵母菌的MBC(≤125 mg/m L)低于油茶粕的MBC(≥250 mg/m L)。油茶粕中药复合剂对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌圈(17.00±0.63)mm大于油茶粕抑菌圈(11.20±0.61)mm,油茶粕中药复合剂对金黄色葡萄球菌和变形杆菌的MIC值(250 mg/m L)均低于油茶粕(>250 mg/m L)。结论:油茶粕中药复合剂对絮状表皮癣菌、红色毛癣菌和白假丝酵母菌的抗菌作用明显优于油茶粕;油茶粕中药复合剂对金黄色葡萄球菌和变形杆菌的抑菌与和杀菌作用优于油茶粕。
Objective: To study the antibacterial activity of the Methods: Antifungal effects: The agar dilution method was used to tea seed cake traditional Chinese medicine compound agent. check the concentration of MIC and MBC of tea seed cake traditional Chinese medicine compound agent and tea seed cake for cutaneous fungi infection common pathogenic bacteria (floc- culent skin tinea bacteria, red hair versicolor bacterium, gypsum sample hair versicolor bacterium and white candida). Antibacte- rial effects: The Oxford cup method was used to measure the area of inhibition zone of tea seed cake traditional Chinese medicine compound agent and tea seed cake for common pathogenic bacteria of secondary bacterial infection after cutaneous fun- gal infection, such as staphylococcus aureus, epidermis staphylococcus, bacillus aeruginosus, bacillus proteus and Escherichia coli. And the tube dilution method was used to check the MIC and MBC. Results: The MIC of tea seed cake traditional Chi- nese medicine compound agent on flocculent skin tinea bacteria, red hair versicolor bacterium and white candida was 62.50 mg/mL, it was lower than that of tea seed cake (I〉250 mg/mL); and the MBC of tea seed cake traditional Chinese medicine compound agent on flocculent skin tinea bacteria, red hair versicolor bacterium and white candida was ~〈 125 mg/mL, lower than that of tea seed cake (~〉250mg/mL). The inhibition zone of tea seed cake traditional Chinese medicine compound agent was (17.00+0.63) mm, greater than that of tea seed cake(ll.20+0.61)mm. The MIC of tea seed cake traditional Chinese medicine compound agent ws 250 mg/mL, lower than that of tea seed cake (〉250 mg/mL). Conclusions: The effects of tea seed cake traditional Chinese medicine compound agent on flocculent skin tinea bacteria, red hair versicolor bacterium and white candida antibacterial are su- perior to the tea seed cake; and the antibacterial and bactericidal action of tea seed cake traditional Chinese medicine com- pound agent on staphylococcus aureus and bacillus proteus is superior to the tea seed cake.
