摘要
SOFA(分离燃尽风)投运方式是决定燃尽风技术降低NOx排放浓度的关键因素。以某电厂四角切圆锅炉为研究对象,应用Fluent软件研究SOFA投运方式对炉内脱硝过程的影响。结果表明:停运下层燃尽风加深轴向空气分级程度,能够有效减少燃烧过程NOx的产生量,为SNCR(选择性非催化还原)过程提供较低的入口NOx浓度,有效降低NOx和NH3的排放,减少还原剂消耗,实现机组的经济环保运行。喷枪布置在折焰角下方后墙位置易造成氨逃逸引起二次污染和腐蚀水冷壁,影响机组安全稳定运行。
The SOFA operating rood is regarded as the key factor to lower the NOx emissions concen- tration by using the SOFA technology. Tangentially boiler of a power plant for the study, the effect of SOFA operating mode on furnace denitration process by using of Fluent software was researched. Shut down the lower burning wind and deepen the axial air classification. It can effectively reduce discharge of NOx combustion process to provides a lower inlet NOx concentration for the SNCR process ( selective catalytic reduction). Emissions of NOx and NH3 and reductant consumptionwere reduced effectively. It realized economic and environmental protection operation of the unit. Fold the bottom corner position flame back wall arrangement gun, could easily lead to secondary pollution caused by ammonia slip and easily corrode Wall, affect the safe and stable operation of the unit. Spray gun was set in the position of back - wall blow flame angle. It is easy to cause secondary pollution and corro- sion of water wall and influence the safe and stable operation of unit.
