摘要
邵静教授治疗老年性神经衰弱突出"滋阴潜阳"的作用,除选药使用宁心安神之品外,更注重滋阴补肾、疏肝健脾兼顾益气养血之法。在临床中,辨病与辨证相结合,根据患者的具体情况制定合理的个体化治疗方案。此外,患者应积极进行心理疏导,克服过度紧张、焦虑、兴奋、抑郁等不良情绪,保持心情舒畅,合理饮食和运动,拥有积极向上的心态也尤为重要。
In the treatment of senile neurasthenia, professor Shao Jing highlighted the effect of ＂nourishing Yin for suppressing Y ang＂ , apart from selecting the drugs of calming nerves tranquilizers, paid more attention to enriching yin and tonifying kidney, soothing liver and strengthening spleen, combined with reinforcing Qi and blood method. In clinical, the combination of disease and syndrome differen- tiation, make reasonable treatment plan according to the specific condition of patients. In addition, patients should be positive to psycho- logical counseling, overcoming the strain, negative ：feelings such as depression and anxiety, excitement, keeping happy, reasonable diet and exercise, positive mind is also very important.
