摘要
目的了解本地区大学生食品安全知识-态度-行为(Knowledge-Attitude-Practice,KAP)现状,为进一步开展食品安全教育提供依据。方法采用整群抽样的方法以班级为单位选取山西省长治市2所高校1 188名大学生进行自行设计的食品安全KAP问卷调查。结果大学生食品安全知识总分23分,实际得分(13.83±2.96)分。食品态度总分10分,实际得分(7.43±1.48)分,医学生食品知识得分高于非医学生(t=11.87,P<0.01)。食品安全知识和态度得分具有相关性(r=0.134,P<0.01)。1 030名大学生关注"食品安全"问题,占86.70%,1 014名大学生愿意接受食品安全健康教育,占85.35%。961名大学生获得知识的途径以网络电视为主,占80.89%。食品安全知识影响因素分析得出医学生、高年级和母亲高中以上学历的学生食品知识得分高。1 140名大学生购买过不安全食品,占95.96%,575名大学生食用过过期食品,占48.40%。结论大学生食品安全知识缺乏,食品安全意识不强,仍有不良食品安全行为发生。有必要对大学生进行食品安全教育,改变不良饮食习惯,促进健康。
Objective To understand the current status of knowledge-attitude-practice(KAP)of food safety among college students in Shanxi,and to provide evidence for food safety education. Methods A total of1 188 college students were selected by cluster sampling method from 2universities in Changzhi,and a self-designed food safety KAP survey was conducted. Results The overall scores of knowledge and attitude were13.83±2.96 out of 23 and 7.43±1.48 out of 10.Scores of knowledge were higher among medical students compared with others(t=11.87,P〈0.01).There was a positive correlation between scores of food safety knowledge and attitude(r=0.134,P〈0.01).86.70% of students were concerned about food safety and85.35% of students were willing to be educated for food safety.A total of 961 students gained knowledge by network television,accounting for 80.89%.Medical students,seniors and those having well-educated mothers usually had higher scores of food safety knowledge.1 140(95.96%)students claimed of having had purchased unsafe food,and 575(48.40%)of college students had consumed expired food. Conclusions Food safety education is highly necessary among college students due to their lack of knowledge,weak attitude and unsafe behaviors.
