摘要
特殊教育教师在职培训是提高教师综合素质,促进教师专业化发展的重要途径。本文结合相关理论和教育实际进行深入分析,论述了特殊教育教师在职培训应实现从理论性通识培训转向实践性分类培训、从集中培训转向多样化与选择性培训、从接受式培训转向参与式培训的三个转向。为特殊教育教师在职培训提供依据和建议。
The special education teachers' in-service training is an important way to improve the teachers' whole quality and promote their professional development.Combining with the related theory and education practice,the paper made there changes on the special education teachers' in-service training:theory training to practicalness training,centralized training to the selectivity and diversification training,and the accepted training to combined with teaching practice in the training process.It aims at providing the basis and advice for special education teachers' in-service training.
