我国现代学徒制实施的或然症结与路径选择 被引量:68

The Possible Cruxes and Responses of Modern Apprenticeship Implementation in China

摘要 现代学徒制本质上是一种技能形成制度,不同利益相关者在这一制度框架下的利益博弈将会直接影响到技能形成体系的发展走向。通过基本确指影响现代学徒制构建的利益主体及其诉求,发现阻碍现代学徒制根植我国的四大或然症结为:挖人外部性、学徒异化、替代忧虑、校企割裂。针对这些症结,应通过采取非市场治理措施、制定学徒制课程内容框架、建立企业师傅教师资格制度、完善法制建设四种路径消解上述症结。 The modern apprenticeship is essentially a kind of skill formation system that is directly influenced by the benefit game between different stakeholders.By identifying stakeholders and their demands in modern apprenticeship,it is found that the four impossible cruxes in making modern apprenticeship rooted in China are:poaching talents,alienation of apprentices,worry of replacement and segregation between school and enterprise.To tackle these cruxes,response measures are taking non-market measures,formulating curriculum framework of the modern apprenticeship,building enterprise master qualification system and improving the legal construction.
