摘要
探讨了在研制色牢度彩色标准织物过程中,影响耐摩擦色牢度的主要影响因素,包括基布、染液质量浓度以及后整理工艺。结果表明:磨毛预处理棉织物的耐干湿摩擦色牢度,明显低于未磨毛预处理织物;随着染料质量浓度的增加,织物耐摩擦色牢度等级降低;柔软后整理可改善染色布的均匀性,同时提高耐摩擦色牢度等级。通过改变或控制以上三个条件,可以获得不同等级的耐摩擦色牢度标准织物。
In the preparation process for the chromatic standard fabrics, the main factors affecting rub- bing fastness, including the base fabric, dye concentration and finishing process are discussed. The re- sults show that: the rubbing fastness of the sanding cotton fabric is significantly lower than that of un- sanding fabric; the level of rubbing fastness decreases with the increase of dye concentration. The soft finishing can improve the uniformity and the rubbing fastness of the dyed fabric. Standard cotton fabric with different levels of rubbing fastness can be developed by changing the above three parameters.
