三维腹腔镜技术在泌尿外科应用专家共识 被引量:3

摘要 腹腔镜技术是利用电子和光学设备,通过小孔完成复杂的手术,具有并发症少、安全、康复快的特点。传统的二维(two dimensions,2D)腹腔镜手术已经成为现代医学中一项熟练的外科技术并得到广泛应用。近些年发展起来的机器人辅助腹腔镜手术系统由于能够提供精确的三维(three dimensions,3D)解剖空间和精细操作,已成为未来医学的发展方向,但昂贵的设备及高额的手术费用限制了其在临床的应用和普及。
