摘要
基于有限元模拟软件dynaform,结合最大载荷判断准则和应变路径判断准则,获取极限应变数据,从而准确地确定高强度钢板SPCC的成形极限图。利用有限元模拟方法较为方便的研究了不同摩擦条件以及不同应变速率条件下的成形极限曲线规律,为生产实践提供依据。
In this article, based on the finite element simulation software dynaform, and combining with the maximum load judgment criterion and the strain path judgment criterion, the ultimate strain data is obtained so as to accurately determine the forming limit diagram of high strength steel sheet ( SPCC) . The finite element simulation method is more convenient to study the forming limit curve pattern under different friction conditions and different strain rate, thus to provide the basis for produc-tion practice.
