摘要
目的比较阴式手术与宫腔镜手术治疗剖宫手术后子宫切口憩室的疗效及安全性。方法选择2010年1月至2013年1月江西省妇幼保健院收治的50例剖宫产术后子宫切口憩室患者,其中阴式手术26例,宫腔镜手术24例,比较2组患者的手术及随诊情况。结果 2组患者的术中出血量、手术时间及住院时间比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);有效率及治疗费用比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者随访期内均无复发及并发症发生。结论阴式手术治疗剖宫产术后子宫切口憩室效果优于宫腔镜手术,宫腔镜检查对于诊断子宫切口憩室是非常有价值的方法。
ABSTRACT:Objective To compare the efficacy and safety of vaginal and hysteroscopic operation in the treatment of uterine incision diverticulum after cesarean section.Methods Data of 26 pa-tients who underwent vaginal operation and 24 patients who underwent hysteroscopic operation in Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital of Jiangxi Province between January 2010 and January 2013 for uterine incision diverticulum after cesarean section were analyzed retrospectively.The operation and follow-up results were compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in intraoperative blood loss,operation time and hospital stay between the two groups(P >0.05).However,the differences in efficacy and costs were significant between the two groups(P <0.05).No recurrence and complications occurred in both groups.Conclusion Va-ginal operation is superior to hysteroscopic operation for treating uterine incision diverticulum af-ter cesarean section.Hysteroscopy is valuable for the diagnosis of uterine incision diverticulum.
