摘要
采用纳米碳酸镁改性对水性UV固化木器涂层的力学和光学性能进行了研究。干燥温度对纳米碳酸镁改性水性UV固化木器涂层的影响最大。在纳米碳酸镁含量为1%,在50℃下干燥30min,UV辐照时间1 min,水性UV木器涂层的力学性能最佳,硬度、附着力和冲击强度分别达到最高值5H、1级、45kg·cm。继续增加干燥温度,涂层的力学性能反而下降。光泽度表明,随干燥温度增加,涂层的光泽度逐渐下降,呈现亚光的光泽度。
The application of nano magnesium carbonate on the modification of the mechanical and optical properties of waterborne UV curable wood coating was studied.The drying temperature had the greatest effect on the nano magnesium carbonate modified waterborne UV curable wood coating.When the nano magnesium carbonate content was l%,the drying temperature was 50°C for 30 min.and the UV irradiation time was lmin,the mechanical properties of waterborne UV wood coating were the best,and the hardness,adhesion and impact strength were 5H,level 1,45 kg.cm respectively.With the increase of the drying temperature,the mechanical properties of the coating decreased as well as the gloss of the coating.
