摘要 宽带微波微系统是由系列化、标准化封装的微波功能模块构成的复杂微波组件。针对组件测试指标多的需求,设计了具有一键化测试、数据可重构、参数可配置、数据自动采集、结果自动存储等多项功能的宽带微波微系统自动测试系统。首先阐述了自动测试系统的调试功能、校准功能、检测功能等;其次描述了测试系统的硬件设计及关键设备自动测试系统测试台;最后给出了宽带微波微系统自动测试系统的软件设计。实际测试表明,该自动测试系统测试结果满足该系列组件的测试需求,自动化集成度高、具有良好的通用性,与传统的测试方法相比,其测试效率为原来的40倍。 Wideband microwave microsystem is a complex microwave component,which is constituted by microwave function modules using serialized and standardized integration technology of package.In order to meet the requirements of component test indexes,the automatic results test system for wideband microwave microsystem was designed,and it had the functions of one-key test,reconfigurable data,parameters configurable,automatic data acquisition and automatic results storage,etc.Firstly,the debug function,calibration function and detection function of the automatic test system were introduced.Then,the hardware design of the test system and the test platform of the automatic test system for the key equipment were described.Finally,the software design of the automatic test system for the wideband microwave microsystem was introduced.The practical test shows that the test results of the proposed automatic test system meet the test requirements of the series of components,and it has high automation integration and good generality.The efficiency of the automatic test system is 40 times higher than that of the traditional test method.
