摘要
应用型人才培养模式的办学定位基于培养学生的实践应用能力,这种培养模式以"能力为中心",以市场需求为导向,以强化实践教学为着力点,把建立和完善实践教学体系作为提高教学质量的重要内容,努力为社会培养实践应用能力较强的应用型人才。作为应用型人才培养的着力点,旨在通过构筑科学的第二课堂辅助体系,培养学生的实践意识、创新创业能力培养、提升学生树立社会责任感的意识以及完善对职业生涯的规划。
The main feature of application oriented talent training mode is to cultivate studentsj practical application ability. The mode centers on the ability and points to the needs of the society. It aims to cultivate the students＇ practical ability, which is to build up the talents＂ knowledge structure, ability structure and qualities structure. It tries to cultivate application talents who have qualities and abilities. As an important aspect to cultivate application talents, it aims to set up a second classroom system of science. It can cultivate students＇ practical consciousness and improve students＇sense of social responsibility and their career planning.
