摘要
将快速检测技术和毛细管电泳法相结合,建立了不同部位牛肉中两种氟喹诺酮类兽药残留的检测方法。结果表明,快速检测技术可以快速定性判断牛肉中是否有氟喹诺酮类兽药残留,而毛细管电泳法可在定性的基础上定量测定,且检测限为5μg/kg,低于国家规定的氟喹诺酮类药物在畜肉中的最大残留限量(双氟沙星(DIF)在猪、牛、羊肉中为400μg/kg;沙拉沙星(SAR)在鸡肉中为10μg/kg)。因此定性与定量检测相结合可以满足目前监管部门大批量初筛工作的实际需要。
One method to detect two kinds of fluoroquinolones residues in different parts of beef was established by combining rapid detection technology and capillary electrophoresis. The results showed that, the rapid qualitative detection technology could quickly determine whether there was fluoroquinolone in beef, capillary electrophoresis could be quantitative determined on the basis of qualitative analysis, and the detection limit was 5 μg/kg which was lower than the maximum residue limits of the national fluoroquinolone drugs residues in beef(MRLs of DIF in pork,beef and lamb was 400 μg/kg, and MRLs of SAR in chicken was 10 μg/kg). So combination with qualitative and quantitative test could meet current regulatory mass screening work to the actual needs.
