摘要
根据污染物排放标准对旋流燃烧器进行低NOx技术改造。通过采用低氮型主燃烧器技术,合理布置OFA风燃烧器,并通过设备调试和燃烧优化试验,使NOx排放浓度降低到300 mg/m3。同时也使得CO达到1000 ppm以上,灰渣含炭量升高到3%-6%,锅炉效率为90.43%-92.37%。对3种典型OFA风喷口布置方式,进行对比分析,结果表明OFA燃烧器2层布置较为合理。
Low NOx technology transformation is carried out on the swirl burner according to the pollutant discharge standards. NOx emission concentration has been reduced to 300 mg/m3, by adopting low nitrogen type main burner technology, through the reasonable decorate OFA wind burner, and passed the test of the equipment debugging and combustion optimization. At the same time,the CO is reached more than 1000 ppm, ash carbon content is increased to 3%-6%, the boiler efficiency is reached 90.43%-92.37%. Three kinds of typical wind OFA burner arrangement are compared and analyzed, the results show that OFA burner layer 2 layout is more reasonable.
