摘要
某燃气电厂每次启停过程中多个转速下的振动较大,满负荷运行时的振动也较大,严重影响了机组的安全运行。针对机组振动测试结果,根据不同转速下所出现的不同特点的振动,深入分析了机组故障的原因。指出了除转子不平衡外,特定转速下二倍频分量突增是由于传感器套筒共振所引起的,分别制定了相应的解决方案,有效地降低了机组整个工况下的振动。
In the process of start up and shutdown of a gas turbine generator, large vibration occurred in different speed and full load every time, which seriously affected the safe running of the equipment.Through the vibration test,according to the vibration of different characteristics under different rotating speeds, the cause of the failure of the unit is analyzed. It was decided that except for the unbalance of the rotor, the two-times frequency component of the specific speed is caused by the resonance of the sensor sleeve. Corresponding solutions are formulated, which can effectively reduce the vibration of the whole system.
