回收式自体输血对手术患者血液及血清学指标的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨回收式自体输血技术对手术患者血液及血清学指标的影响。方法 2013年1月~2014年6月收治手术治疗并应用自体血回输技术患者103例。比较自体血回输前与回输后患者各项血液指标的变化情况,包括HB、HCT、PLT、WBC、PT、TT、APTT、FIB、K、Na、Cl、Ca、BUN、SCr、TP、AIB、PO2、PCO2、PH值、HCO3-等指标。结果自体血回输后HB、HCT和PO2明显高于自体血回输前(P〈0.05);自体血回输后TP、AIB明显低于回输前(P〈0.05);自体血回输前后患者WBC、PLT、K+、Na+、Cl-、Ca2+、BUN、PT、TT、APTT、FIB、PCO2、PH值和HCO3-无明显差异(P〉0.05)。结论回收式自体输血安全可靠,有一定的临床推广价值。 Objective To explore the influence of recycling type of autologous transfusion on hematal and serological index of operation patients.Methods The data of 103 patients who had been performed autologous blood transfusion during surgery from January2013 to June 2014,were collected.The hemoglobin(HB),hematocri(HCT),platelet(PLT),hemameba(WBC),prothrombin time(PT),thrombin time(TT),partial thromboplastin time(APTT),fibrinogen(FIB),K+,Na+,Cl-,Ca2+,urea nitrogen,creatinine,glomerular filtration rate,total protein,albumin,oxygen partial pressure,partial pressure of carbon dioxide,p H,bicarbonate radical before and after autologous blood transfusion were compared.Results Hemoglobin,hematocri,lower total protein,albumin of patients after performing autologous blood transfusion is higher than that before autologous blood transfusion(P〈0.05).There were no significant statistical difference in the platelet,hemameba,prothrombin time,thrombin time,partial thromboplastin time,fibrinogen,K+,Na+,Cl-,Ca2+,urea nitrogen,creatinine,glomerular filtration rate,partial pressure of carbon dioxide,PH,bicarbonate radical between before operation and after that(all P〉0.05).Conclusion Autologous transfusion is safe and reliable.It deserves to be done some research and be promoted in clinic.
