摘要
高压喷射钻井技术在国内外诸多油田都已进行了多次试验研究。进行水力参数优化研究可以指导现场作业,提高钻井速度、改善井眼的净化能力。通过对排量和喷嘴组合优选计算,分析了排量和喷嘴组合对立管压力、钻头压降、钻头水功率以及喷射速度的影响规律;并给出了一种高压喷射钻井技术水力参数优化方法。研究表明:当钻井泵排量增大后,各水力参数总体均呈上升趋势但增长速率不同;钻井液过流面积一定时,喷嘴组合的变化对立管压力影响较小;钻井液的过流面积发生微小变化时,钻头压力损耗的变化幅度最大,钻头水功率次之,对立管压力影响最小。最后针对塔河油田盐区某井中深部地层497-4 673 m井段,经优选水力参数后,以得到的推荐参数进行现场施工作业,平均机械钻速达到55.48 m/h,与邻井同井段(15.32 m/h)相比提高262%,该开次完井用时15.33 d,与设计相比节约30.79 d,节约率达到65.5%。
High pressure jet drilling technology has been repeated experiments in many fields both at home and abroad. Engaging research on hydraulic parameters optimization can improve the drilling speed and improve the purification ability of borehole to guide field work preferably. Based on a optimization method for high pressure jet drilling hydraulic parameters, the drilling pump capacity and nozzle combination to the influence laws of pipe pres- sure, the pressure drop of the bit, drill water power and jet velocity were analyzed by related calculation. The results reveal that: drilling pump capacity increases, the hydraulic parameters are on the rise but overall growth rate is different; When drilling fluid flow area is constant, the impact of nozzle combination was little on pipe pressure; Drilling fluid flow area of changed slightly, the variation of bit pressure loss is the largest, drill water power followed, and the pipe pressure affected the minimum. Finally in view of a well in the mid-deep (497 -4 673 m) salts area of the Tahe Oilfield, the optimizing hydraulic parameters were recommended. The tests indicate that the average ROP is 55.48 m/h, with same sections of adjacent wells ( 15.32 m/h) increased by 262%. The comple- tion time takes 15.33 d, compared with the design to save 30. 79 d and the savings rate reached 65.5%.
