摘要
目的 :运用医护一体化模式管理心衰病人,并评价应用效果。方法 :对2014年3-9月在我科住院的50例心衰病人按传统的护理模式进行医疗护理,设为对照组;对2014年10月至2015年3月在我科住院的50例心衰病人按医护一体化模式进行医疗护理,设为观察组。比较两组病人满意度、健康教育知晓率、诊护依从性、平均住院日、NT-pro BNP值。结果 :观察组的病人满意度、健康教育知晓率、诊护依从性均优于对照组;观察组的平均住院日、NT-pro BNP值低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :开展医护一体化服务模式,能提高心衰病人满意度、健康教育知晓率、诊护依从性,降低平均住院日及NT-pro BNP值,具有临床推广应用价值。
Objective: To explore the application of health care integration model to patient with heart failure. Methods: Fifty patients with heart failure hospitalized from Mar. to Sept. 2014 in the control group were taken care of under the traditional nursing model. The experimental group was another fifty patients with heart failure hospitalized from Oct. 2014 to Mar. 2015 being treated under the health care integration model. We compared the difference between two groups of patients in satisfaction of being cared, awareness of health education, compliance with diagnosis and nursing, average length of hospital stay and value of NT-proBNP. Results: The experimental group was better at the patients' satisfaction, the awareness rate of health education and the compliance with diagnosis and nursing than the control group. The average length of hospital stay and the value of NT-proBNP in the experimental group were evidently lower than the control group with significantly statistical difference (P〈0.05). Conclusion: The health care integration model could improve the satisfaction of patient with heart failure, the awareness rate of health education and compliance of diagnosis and nursing. The model also could reduce the length of hospitalization, and the value of NT-proBNP. The model should have a practical value in clinical nursing.
