摘要
采用MIG焊对Al-4.6Zn-1.2Mg合金板材进行鱼骨状裂纹试验,通过目测、金相组织观察、SEM组织分析及EDS分析等方法,研究了不同含量添加元素对Al-Zn-Mg合金板材热裂纹倾向性的影响。结果表明,随着Mn、Cr微量元素和Fe、Si杂质元素含量的降低,板材中的析出相尺寸变小、数量减少,同时焊接热裂纹敏感性降低。
Fish-bone cracking test was carried out on A1-4.6Zn-l. 2Mg alloy plate by u- sing MIG welding method. The hot cracking susceptibility of the alloy plates with different trace elements were studied by visual inspection, optical microscopy, SEM, EDS spectra analysis. The results show that the sizes of precipitated phases become smaller and the amount of precipitated phases reduces with decreasing of Mn, Cr elements and Fe, Si impurity elements,and the hot cracking susceptibility becomes lower at the same time.
