摘要
一流高职院校评价体系,既要体现一流高等教育的特征,也要体现一流职业教育的特征。人才汇集、资源丰富、管理规范三组因素群,是构建一流高职院校评价体系的主要脉络。一流高职院校是在一流职业教育体系下建立的,其评价体系是主要指标体系,而不是全面指标体系,是发展的、区域的、具有更多自选内容的指标体系,是高等教育与职业教育跨界的体系,是中国特色、世界水平的体系。
Constructing evaluation system for the first-class higher vocational college should embody the characteristics of first-class higher education and vocational education. Three groups of factors, including talent gathering, abundant resources and management specification, are main ideas of constructing evaluation system of first-class higher vocational colleges. First-class higher vocational colleges are established based on the first-class vocational education system. Its evaluation system is main index system but not overall index system, is also index system of developing, region and having more self-chosen contents, which is also trans-boundary system of higher education and vocational education, is also system which has Chinese characteristics and world level.
