摘要
将等规聚丙烯(iPP)纤维在不同温度下引入到iPP基体中,制备具有不同界面结晶形貌的同质复合材料,并对其进行拉伸性能测试。结果表明:当纤维引入温度为145℃时,拉伸强度较低;当纤维引入温度增加到160℃时,该同质复合材料的拉伸强度得到明显的提高;然而,当纤维引入温度进一步升高时,拉伸强度反而呈下降趋势。这说明纤维引入温度对该复合材料的力学性能产生较大影响。
By introducing isotactic polypropylene (iPP) fiber into iPP matrix at different temperatures, iPP fiber/matrix composites with different interracial crystallization morphologies were prepared. The mechanical properties were investigated by tensile test. The results show that when iPP fiber is introduced at 145 ℃, the tensile strength of the sample is lower; when iPP fiber introduction temperature is increased to 160℃,the tensile strength increases obviously; however, when iPP fiber introduction temperature is further increased, the tensile strength shows a downward trend. The results indicate the different iPP fiber introduction temperatures lead to different interfacial crystallization morphologies, which will have a great influence on the mechanical properties of iPP fiber/matrix composites.
