新生儿朗格罕斯细胞组织细胞增生症1例并文献复习 被引量：2

摘要 目的了解新生儿朗格罕斯细胞组织细胞增生症(LCH)的临床、实验室特点、诊断要点及治疗方法。方法回顾性分析烟台毓璜顶医院1例新生儿LCH的临床资料。结果男性患儿,因呼吸困难、皮疹生后12 min入院,初始仅表现为头部、四肢、躯干、手足多发皮疹,进而发展为皮肤、淋巴结、肺、骨骼等多系统受累的新生儿LCH。皮肤活检提示Langerin(+),S-100(+),CD1a(+),符合LCH诊断。结论新生儿生后有特殊皮疹,应进行皮肤活检,需警惕LCH。新生儿LCH多进展为多系统受累型LCH,预后差。
