摘要
南方某黄金矿山,由于多年开采目前井下形成大量采空区,从而破坏了岩体的原岩应力平衡,成为影响矿山安全生产最主要的危险源,采用尾砂充填采空区是消除潜在危险源的最有效手段。但矿山自身没有可以利用的充填骨料。为了选取适合本矿山充填所需的骨料,分别对黄狮涝尾矿库尾砂和水木冲尾矿库尾砂进行基本物化特性分析,同时开展沉降及渗透性、料浆流动性及充填体强度等性能测试分析;其测试结果表明,水木冲尾矿库尾砂各项性能均优于黄师涝尾矿库尾砂,最终结合矿山实际情况选取水木冲尾矿库尾砂为矿山充填所用尾砂;并根据充填配比试验结果及结合充填料浆流动性,确定矿山最佳充填料浆参数为:料浆浓度72%、灰砂比1∶8至1∶4。
With several years of mining, a large quantity of cavities are formed in a gold mine in the south area,which damages the stress of primary rock balance of the rock mass and becomes the major source of danger influencing the safety of the mine and adopting tailings to fill in thecavities is the most efficient method to eliminate the potential source of danger. But the mine has no filling aggregates by itself. In order to select the applicable aggregates required for filling in the mine, we analyzed the basic physicochemical properties of the Huangshilao tailings and shuimuchong tailings respectively,and at the same time,we tested and analyzed the properties of sedimentation, permeability, slurry mobility and intensity of filling aggregates, etc. ;according to the test results that, the properties of Shuimuchong tailings are better than the Huangshilao tailings. Finally, we decide to choose the Shuimuchong tailings to fill in the mine on consideration of the actual conditions of the mine;we confirm the optimal filling slurry mobility parameters as followings according to the filling ratio test result and on combination of the filling slurry mobility: 72% of filling slurry concentration and 1 : 8 to 1 : 4 of cement-sand ratio.
