CD105和信号传导及转录活化因子3在人脑胶质瘤组织中的表达及临床意义 被引量:4

The clinical significance of expressions of CD105 and signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 in human brain glioma

摘要 目的探讨CD105标记的微血管密度计数(MVD)和信号传导及转录活化因子3(STAT3)在胶质瘤组织的表达及其与胶质瘤病理学特征的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学法检测18例正常脑组织和47例胶质瘤组织中CD105标记的MVD和STAT3表达水平。结果CD105标记的MVD在胶质瘤组织的表达强度明显高于正常脑组织的表达强度(39.53±7.93比16.54±2.16,P〈0.01),STAT3在胶质瘤组织的表达率明显高于正常脑组织的表达率(51.06%比11.11%,P〈0.01),CD105及STAT3表达水平与胶质瘤组织学分级明显相关(P〈0.05)。结论检测CD105及STAT3有助于评估胶质瘤的生物学特性。 Objective To investigate the expression of microvessel density (MVD) marked with CD105 and signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 ( STAT3 ) and their relation to pathological fea- tures in human brain glioma. Methods The expression levels of MVD marked with CD105 and STAI3 in 18 cases of normal brain tissues and 47 cases of human brain glioma tissues were detected by using immu- nohistochemical method. Results The expression of MVD marked with CD105 in brain glioma tissues was higher than that of normal brain tissues (39. 53 +7.93 vs. 16. 54 +2. 16, P 〈0.01), the expression rate of STA33 in brain glioma tissues was higher than that of normal brain tissues (51.06% vs. 11.11% , P 〈 0. 01 ) ; the expressions of CD105 and STA33 were related to histological grades of glioma ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Measurement of CD105 and STA'I3 are provide useful information for the malignant behaviors of glioma.
