摘要 目的探讨气动物流传输系统(PTS)对血、尿常规及形态学检查结果的影响。方法收集健康体检者血常规(50例)、贫血患者血常规(50例)和门诊患者尿常规(50例)标本,比较PTS相对于传统人工传送方式对血、尿常规检测结果的影响。比较两种传送方法的检测结果。结果健康体检者的血常规红细胞计数和血红蛋白含量有统计学差异(P<0.05),贫血患者红细胞计数、血红蛋白含量和红细胞压积有统计学差异(P<0.05);白细胞手工分类比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。门诊患者尿常规、尿有形成分及镜下尿液红细胞计数比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。红细胞形态学分类符合率为100%。结论 PTS可用于血、尿常规及形态学检查标本的运输。 Objective To explore the influence of pneumatic tube system(PTS) on the results of routine tests and morphology of blood and urine .Methods Blood samples of 50 healthy volunteers and 50 anemia patients and urine samples of 50 outpatients were collected with two transportation systems of PTS and conventional transportation .The results detected from the samples transported by two transportation systems were compared .Results There were significant differences in the results of red blood cell count and hemoglobin in the samples transported by two transportation systems in healthy volunteers(P〈0 .05) .So did in the results of red blood cell count ,hemoglobin and hematocrit in anemia patients(P〈0 .05) .There were no significant differences in the results of white blood cell count in the samples transported by two transportation systems in healthy volunteers ( P〉0 .05 ) . There were no significant differences in the results of urine test ,urinary formed elements and red blood cell count in the samples transported by two transportation systems in outpatients(P〉0 .05) . The accordance rate of red blood cell morphology classification was 100% in the samples transported by two transportation systems .Conclusion The PTS can be used to transport the samples of routine tests and morphology of blood and urine .
