摘要
目的 探讨采用彩色多普勒超声诊断脐带绕颈的临床价值.方法 随机选取2012年3月至2014年6月期间在大同市第二人民医院行产前检查的妊娠女性210例,对所有孕妇分别行产前二维超声检查和彩色多普勒超声检查,对两种检查方法的临床诊断结果同产后结果进行对比分析.结果 其中彩色多普勒超声产前检查脐带绕颈的准确率明显高于二维超声检查,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 采用彩色多普勒超声诊断脐带绕颈,效果显著,准确率高.
Objective To investigate the clinical value of using color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis of umbilical cord around the neck.Methods Two hundred and ten pregnant women underwent prenatal ultrasonographic evaluation from March 2012 to June 2014 were selected.All pregnant women underwent prenatal dimensional ultrasound and color Doppler ultrasound examination, and the clinical findings of two methods were compared with the results of post-partum.Results The accuracy of umbilical cord around the neck by color Doppler ultrasound was significantly higher than that of the dimensional ultrasound, the difference was significant （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusions Color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis umbilical cord around the neck has high accuracy and remarkable effect.
