摘要
研究了自主研发的建筑反射隔热涂料使用在轻质屋顶和重质屋顶的等效热阻,得出影响等效热阻的主要因素是围护结构的等效热阻、涂料的太阳辐射吸收系数和气候参数,同时通过试验总结涂刷建筑反射隔热涂料墙体内外表面及室内温度的变化规律,验证了建筑反射隔热涂料的隔热效果优于非隔热涂料,同时指出夏季炎热的地区外围护结构中涂刷建筑反射隔热涂料对改善室内热环境、降低空调制冷能耗有显著意义。
This paper studied the equivalent thermal resistance of self-developed architectural reflective thermal insulating coatings applied on light roof and heavy roof, obtained its main affecting factors,which are equivalent thermal resistance matrix of support structure,the solar radiation absorption coefficient of the coating and climate parameters. Meanwhile,through the study on variation regularity of internal and external wall surface and the indoor temperature of solar reflectance coating, this paper verifies the effect of solar reflectance coating is better than that of the non solar reflectance coating, At the same time,the paper points out that applying solar reflectance coating in external envelope structure can improve the indoor thermal environment and reduce air conditioning energy consumption in region of hot summer.
