摘要
本文以天津理工大学工程造价专业作为微观案例,采用单案例研究法分析了行业协会促进产学合作教育的实现机制,阐述了专业认证制度、执业资格培训制度及继续教育制度的产学合作教育实践。天津理工大学工程造价专业行业协会促进产学合作教育实现机制的特点是将高校人才培养的周期拓展至专业人才的职业生涯阶段(包括执业教育阶段和继续教育阶段)的全生命周期,使得学校的课程体系设置及教学活动围绕学生就业并发展为专业人士而展开,也为行业协会参与人才培养提供了更多的机会,有利于改变高校输出与企业需求脱节的现状,这为深化产学合作教育提供了借鉴。
Citing the Cost Engineering Specialty of Tianjin University of Technology as a micro case and employing the single case research method, this paper analyzes the implementation mechanism of industry associations to promote industry-university cooperative education, states the industry-university cooperative education practice including professional accreditation system, qualification training sys tern and continued educational system. The implementation mechanism of the industry-university co operative education promoted by the industry associations of Engineering Specialty of Tianjin University of Technology features to expand the period of talent cultivation in higher institutes to their career stage including practice education phase and continuing education phase, making the college curriculum system setting and teaching activities concentrate on the employment and professional development of students. It also provides more opportunities for industry associations to participate in talent cultivation in favor of changing the disconnection of higher institutes output from business demands, providing some references for deepening the industry-university cooperative education.
