酒精性肝病伴重度低钠血症补钠后诱发渗透性神经脱髓鞘综合征一例 被引量：1

摘要 患者男，49岁，因头晕、行走不稳6d，伴胡言乱语，并出现幻觉于2014年7月入院。既往有高血压病、高脂血症5年，不规律服用降压药物；饮酒史20余年，每日饮白酒〉500mL；每日吸烟20支。
