摘要 急性呼吸窘迫综合征（acute respiratory distress syndrome，ARDS）是由肺部或全身性损害因素引起的不同程度的广泛急性炎症性肺损伤，导致气体交换障碍（主要是低氧血症）及肺力学异常。虽然1967年Ashbaugh等首次提出了ARDS的概念，但一直到1994年美欧联席会议（AECC）才制定出成人ARDS的诊断标准，
