化学交换饱和传递磁共振成像模型与离散化解

Model and Discretization Solution of Chemical Exchange Saturation Transfer Magnetic Resonance Imaging

摘要 脉冲波化学交换饱和传递(CEST)磁共振成像(MRI)模型是定量分析CEST MRI的基础.从CEST的基本原理出发,依据饱和脉冲序列的特点,建立脉冲波CEST MRI数学模型.在此基础上,给出CEST MRI数学模型离散化解和求解模型的快速算法,并用龙格-库塔算法验证离散化解的精确性.最后,利用实验数据验证了模型离散化解的有效性.模型离散化解为定量分析CEST MRI提供了便利手段. The mathematical model of chemical exchange saturation transfer(CEST) magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) is the basis of quantitative analysis CEST MRI.Starting from the basic principle of CEST,the mathematical model of pulse CEST MRI is established based on the characteristics of the saturated pulse sequence.The discretization solution of mathematical model and a fast algorithm for solving the model are given.Finally,the accuracy and validity of the discretization solution are verified by using Runge-Kutta algorithm and the experiment data,respectively.Discretization solution provides a convenient method for quantitative analysis CEST MRI.
